Description

• Lead hospitality renovation projects ($3M-$50M) nationwide
• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Coordinate schedules, quality, and safety standards
• Oversee fast-track renovation timelines in active hotel environments
• Travel extensively across the U.S. as project demands require

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of hospitality renovation experience
• Willingness to travel nationally on a consistent basis
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing fast-paced renovation projects

Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000 (based on level)
