Builtech is seeking a Traveling Superintendent ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the project schedule to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.
• Implement and enforce on-site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
• Represent Builtech as the client’s primary on-site contact.
• Consistent interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.
• Daily communication with your project teammates.

Salary: $100,000-135,000++ plus per diem
