Traveling Superintendent - ArkansasThe Traveling Superintendent will report to senior operations leadership and partner closely with Project Managers as an equal stakeholder in project success. This Superintendent role offers significant autonomy and responsibility across a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from $5M to $30M.Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeoutManage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and daily site operationsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality expectationsMaintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teamsDrive project planning, sequencing, and schedule executionOversee quality control and resolve field-related issues proactivelyTravel throughout Arkansas to support project needs while maintaining a strong client-focused approachMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
