Description
The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for the following
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project progress and quality standards.
- Monitor safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations on all job sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential challenges and implement solutions proactively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
- Ensure that materials and resources are utilized efficiently to manage budgets effectively.
- Travel to various project locations as required to oversee construction activities.
