Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Projects (Southeast)

Job Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial projects in the Southeast region.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
- Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that arise during construction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Projects (Southeast) should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Experience leading structural steel and ground-up commercial projects
- Proven ability to independently run projects valued at $20M+
- Strong scheduling, leadership, and subcontractor management skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast as needed
