Traveling Superintendent
Commercial Construction | Western Region Travel | up to $120K Base + Bonus + Benefits
A growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the U.S. ranging from $5M–$20M+. The ideal candidate will have experience managing diverse commercial projects including retail, restaurants, healthcare, office, industrial, education, mixed-use, and municipal work.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all field operations from start to finish
Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control
Coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within company standards
Qualifications:
4+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
Proven success leading projects valued at $5M–$20M+
Strong scheduling, leadership, and communication skills
Willingness to travel all over the wester region
Home every 2-4 weeks
Compensation:
up to $120,000+ Base Salary
