Job Description

Oversee all daily field operations to keep work moving safely and efficiently

Manage subcontractors and schedules to maintain quality and productivity

Ensure strict safety compliance and uphold company standards on site

Coordinate with project managers and design partners to resolve issues quickly

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of field supervision experience across restaurant, retail, or commercial projects

Proven track record managing multiple ground-up projects as the lead superintendent from start to finish

Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in scheduling and project management software (Procore experience preferred)
