Job TitleTraveling SuperintendentJob DescriptionLead on-site construction activities for federal projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues or delays promptly. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and address potential challenges proactively. Communicate progress and updates to project managers and clients as required. Resolve on-site conflicts and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
