Construction Site Manager

Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities and daily field operations
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and overall site productivity
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to drive successful project outcomes
- Monitor workforce performance and proactively resolve field challenges
- Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Review construction documents, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders
- Serve as the primary field contact for owners, clients, and project teams
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and junior field staff
- Support cost control efforts and project performance goals
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with schedule, quality, and safety requirements
- Drive projects through completion while maintaining strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Proven experience leading large-scale ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+
- Experience in life sciences, laboratories, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, MEP, or similar technical projects preferred
- Cleanroom construction experience is a strong plus
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide full-time
- Proficiency with Procore and construction management technology
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Active Builder's License (any state) preferred
- Bachelor's degree and/or trade-related background preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain schedule performance
