Traveling Superintendent - Gaming

• $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

• Occasional travel, primarily within the state of Oklahoma

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations across gaming and complex commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, leading field teams and subcontractors while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. You'll play a critical role in maintaining project schedules, coordinating logistics, and driving performance across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise on-site field operations and labor forces
• Implement and uphold safety programs to promote an injury-free environment
• Manage project schedules, including CPM and look-ahead planning
• Oversee quality control processes, inspections, and site testing
• Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and invoices
• Coordinate site logistics and collaborate closely with Project Management
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and material usage
• Lead project meetings, including preconstruction and subcontractor coordination
• Review RFIs, submittals, and ensure proper documentation flow
• Support preconstruction efforts, including estimating and planning

What You Bring:

• 10-15 years of construction experience, with leadership on complex projects
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and MEP systems
• Proven ability to manage schedules and lead teams effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction documentation and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related experience
