Description
- Oversee daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Review project plans and specifications, ensuring alignment with client expectations and design requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
