Known for its specialized expertise and strong client relationships, the company continues to expand its footprint across multiple states through repeat business and negotiated work.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projectsLead projects within active, occupied healthcare facilities while minimizing disruptions to operationsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholdersEnsure project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are metPartner closely with Project Managers to drive successful project executionConduct site meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve field issuesMaintain accurate project documentation utilizing Procore and Microsoft Office toolsOversee interior healthcare renovations and occasional ground-up construction projectsEnsure compliance with healthcare facility regulations, owner requirements, and company standardsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Traveling Healthcare Superintendent should have:Experience with managing construction projects in the healthcare sector.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range: $110,000 - $150,000401K with a 4% company match.Company truck and gas card provided.Three weeks of paid time off (PTO).Per diem structure: $40 daily food allowance and direct hotel payment.
