Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare (Southeast Travel)
Our client is a specialized healthcare general contractor delivering renovation, equipment installation, and ground-up projects throughout the Southeast. Their reputation is built on technical expertise, client relationships, and successful project delivery in complex healthcare environments.
Job Description
- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
- Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee and inspect work to ensure it meets healthcare construction standards.
- Travel across the Southeast region to manage various project sites.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain project momentum.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare (Southeast Travel) should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Healthcare project experience within occupied facilities required
- Strong scheduling, safety, and field leadership skills
- Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.

Annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 160,000.
