The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Renovations - East Coast will be responsible for:

• Managing hospitality renovation projects from site mobilization through project completion across multiple East Coast markets.
• Traveling extensively to oversee hotel renovation projects and ensure work is executed according to plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project progress and quality standards.
• Leading daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, logistics, manpower planning, and material coordination.
• Maintaining strong relationships with hotel ownership groups, property management teams, and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects remain operationally sensitive, minimizing disruption to guests, staff, and ongoing hotel operations.
• Enforcing company safety policies and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized jobsite at all times.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
• Managing project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, punch lists, and field updates.
• Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers to communicate project status, risks, schedule updates, and change order requirements.
• Leading project closeout efforts, including punch list completion, final inspections, and turnover to clients.
• Coordinating phased renovations, occupied-space construction, and fast-track schedules common within the hospitality sector.
• Representing the company professionally while traveling and serving as the on-site leader for clients and project teams.

The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Renovations - East Coast will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial interior, hospitality, hotel, multifamily, or renovation construction projects.
• Proven experience managing occupied-space renovations with minimal disruption to hotel guests and property operations.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the East Coast, spending the majority of time on project sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, quality control, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel across multiple phases of renovation projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client relationships in the field.
• Experience utilizing construction management software and preparing daily reports, schedules, and project updates.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• OSHA 30 certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment.
• Hospitality renovation experience, particularly with branded hotel properties, is strongly preferred.
