Description

* Lead all on-site construction activities for data center, industrial, and tilt-wall projects valued at $50M-$500M+
* Drive project schedules, quality standards, safety performance, and subcontractor execution
* Coordinate structural, concrete, steel, MEP, and commissioning activities across all phases of construction
* Partner with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve key milestones and delivery targets
* Mentor field staff and support the development of future superintendents and project leaders

Profile

* 10+ years of Superintendent experience on large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or tilt-wall projects
* Proven track record delivering projects exceeding $50M in construction value
* Strong knowledge of concrete, tilt-wall, structural steel, and MEP systems
* Ability and willingness to travel nationwide on long-term assignments
* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Offer

Salary: $130,000-$180,000 base salary + 10-20% annual performance bonus
