Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved. Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications. Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to resolve issues and maintain project progress. Lead site meetings and provide regular project updates. Manage project documentation, reporting, and site logistics. Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations. Ability to lead and motivate field teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments. Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools.
