Job TitleConstruction Site ManagerJob DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for ground-up church and K-12 education projects. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Develop and maintain short-term schedules and three-week look-ahead plans. Drive project milestones to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetings. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety requirements. Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with local authorities and project stakeholders. Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate field execution. Identify and resolve field issues that could impact schedule, budget, or quality. Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates. Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery. Proven experience leading ground-up construction projects. K-12, higher education, church, municipal, institutional, or public-sector project experience preferred. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast on a project basis. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trade partners. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong understanding of construction safety programs and OSHA standards.
