Construction Site ManagerLead field operations for large-scale ground-up construction projects from mobilization through closeout. Manage daily site activities while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to drive successful project delivery. Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations. Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to track progress, documentation, and reporting. Monitor project quality, productivity, and workforce performance across multiple trades. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams to resolve field challenges. Support construction efforts on life science, laboratory, healthcare, MEP, and advanced technology projects.
