Maintain project schedules while driving quality and productivity. Partner closely with Project Managers and internal construction teams. Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and onsite schedules. Manage site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor performance. Maintain a strong, safety-first jobsite culture. Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools. 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction preferred.
• Strong background across ground-up mixed commercial projects.
• Experience in one or more of the following strongly preferred:
• • Retail / Restaurants
  • Automotive Dealerships
  • Aviation
  • Light Industrial / Warehouse
  • Class A / Office
• Proven ability to independently run projects in the field.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and leadership skills.
• Willing and able to travel throughout the Southeast - majority of projects in GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, AL.
• Safety-minded leadership and strong client-facing communication skills.
