Traveling SuperintendentThe Traveling Superintendent will report to Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for managing field operations on large-scale mechanical construction projects. The successful Traveling Superintendent will serve as the primary site leader, ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations, safety standards, and company objectives.Lead all day-to-day field operations for mechanical construction projects.Coordinate and direct subcontractors, craft labor, and project teams to maintain schedule and productivity goals.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Manage installation activities involving HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems.Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.Monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and site logistics to drive successful project delivery.Conduct site meetings, progress reporting, and workforce development activities while promoting a positive team culture.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
