Description

* Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects

* Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and site logistics

* Coordinate project activities to maintain budget and milestone targets

* Collaborate with project managers, owners, and design teams throughout construction

* Travel full-time to project locations across the U.S. as business needs require

Profile

* 2-10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

* Experience leading ground-up multifamily projects with 70+ units

* Proven track record delivering projects valued at $15M+

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

* Open to 100% travel and capable of hitting the ground running

Job Offer

Salary: $100,000-$140,000 base salary, depending on experience.

* Project-based bonus equal to 5% of project bottom-line performance

* $750/month vehicle allowance, $75/month cellphone allowance, and $2,000-$3,000/month per diem
