Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction
The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.
- Lead daily field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and project sequencing
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and ownership representatives
- Drive schedule performance and proactively resolve field challenges
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction

For the Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction we are seeking:
- Proven experience leading multiple ground-up multifamily construction projects as a Superintendent
- Strong understanding of multifamily construction methods, scheduling, and site operations
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
- Ability to maintain project schedules while driving quality and safety performance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness and ability to travel full-time to project locations throughout the United States
- Stable career progression within commercial or residential construction organizations
- OSHA certification and proficiency with construction management software preferred
