Traveling Multifamily Superintendent
Our client is a well-established General Contractor with more than 30 years of success delivering high-quality ground-up multifamily construction projects throughout Texas. They are seeking a Traveling Multifamily Superintendent to lead field operations and drive projects from site development through final turnover.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality control, and site logistics
Coordinate with Project Managers, ownership groups, architects, and inspectors throughout all project phases
Conduct site meetings, maintain project documentation, and proactively resolve field challenges
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with company standards and client expectations
Qualifications
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor focused on multifamily construction
Proven experience managing ground-up apartment projects from start to finish
Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Texas based on project needs
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, inspections, and safety compliance
Demonstrated leadership ability managing subcontractors and maintaining project momentum in fast-paced environments
Preferred Background
Texas-based candidates strongly preferred
Experience working for mid-sized General Contractors
Proficiency with construction management software and field reporting tools
Stable work history with successful multifamily project delivery experience
