Traveling Superintendent

Job Description
- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain workflow and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets project specifications and standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to address any changes or challenges during construction.
- Travel as required to oversee multiple project sites.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing construction projects, preferably within the Business Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to travel as needed to oversee project sites.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions on-site.
