Description

Traveling SuperintendentManage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any project-related issues. Monitor the quality of work performed by subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and address potential hazards. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.A successful Traveling Superintendent should have a strong background in construction management and site supervision. Experience with managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents. Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites.Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
