Traveling SuperintendentIndustry leading cleanroom design & construction firm, in business for 50+ years, is looking for Traveling Superintendents to join their growing team! 100% travel based role (projects Nationwide - across every state + Canada) Upcoming work primarily East Coast, huge backlog of projects! They build for industries like pharmaceuticals, biotech, semiconductor manufacturing, and more - offering exposure to complex, high-value work.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent is responsible for:Leading day-to-day field operations and supervising subcontractorsEnforcing safety protocols and conducting daily site safety walksCoordinating logistics, deliveries, and manpower on siteConducting subcontractor meetings, daily huddles, and maintaining project scheduleOverseeing site setup, security, and cleanlinessManaging documentation: daily reports, inspections, permits, RFIs, and as-builtsCommunicating effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and project teamsMentoring field staff and promoting a collaborative, safety-first cultureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
