Office Location: Springfield MA. Projects throughout Western MA, CT, and up the US Coastal line & Puerto Rico. Annual Revenue of $60M+. 65+ Employees. Markets served: Specialize in ground up Federal Construction Projects from $500k - $40M, along with FEMA Disaster Response, and Government Services. Just had a team in Florida to help with Hurricane Response Relief (Dec 2024). Began operations in 1984 as a local roofing contractor, grown into a multi-faceted General Construction Manager. Competes with Companies such as: Recipient of Annual Awards for Excellence from the United States Small Business Administration, and numerous commendations from Government Contractors and other customer entities, GSA Contract Holders through 2027.
Locations are Newington, CT, San Antonio, IL, the Carolinas, New England, NY, the Cape… Traveling Superintendent. Have a project coming up in Connecticut that would be 6-8 months, so could be local for a few months before having to travel, need people for first shift (normal time) and second shift (could be 4 PM - 12 PM, 5 PM - 1 AM, or overnight). Have a lot coming up in Texas - Supers here are working 4 Days a week, 10 hour shifts, this is a pro because they can get home on the weekends for a long weekend. Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Review project plans, specifications, and timelines to ensure alignment with client expectations. Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and logs. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders regularly. Travel as required to oversee multiple project sites across different locations.

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience in managing construction projects, including scheduling and supervising on-site activities. Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in construction. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively and efficiently. Willingness and ability to travel frequently for project oversight.
