Description
- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all job sites.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee material and equipment deliveries to avoid delays in the construction process.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
- Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and implement solutions.
- Travel full-time across the U.S. (restaurants and big box projects)
Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent - Nationwide (U.S.) should have:
- 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience
- Strong ground-up construction background preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively while traveling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for liaising with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Job Offer
Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000
- Travel fully covered (flights + hotel) + ~$60 per diem
- Car allowance + 401k match
