Traveling SuperintendentThis established commercial builder has been successfully delivering projects across the Southeast for decades. Continued growth, combined with upcoming retirements among senior field leadership, creates an excellent opportunity for long-term career advancement.Supervise construction projects across NC, SC, and VA, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain workflow efficiency.Monitor and enforce safety regulations on all job sites.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders as required.Manage on-site logistics, including materials and equipment handling.Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project records.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
