We are partnering with a well-respected commercial construction firm to identify an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on a high-profile federal historic restoration project in Vermont. Due to continued growth and project demands, they are seeking a Superintendent to take over leadership of an active federal historic restoration project and support future expansion plans across the region.

Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
The successful candidate will initially lead the complete renovation and historic restoration of a border crossing station in Derby, Vermont. The project is expected to continue through early 2027 and offers housing assistance and per diem support for candidates residing outside the immediate area.

Requirements 5-10 years of experience in a Superintendent role within commercial construction Experience managing renovation, restoration, municipal, federal, or commercial projects Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety practices Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with historic restoration projects is a plus Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Willingness to travel and temporarily reside near project locations when required| Location | Derby, VT |
