Description

* Lead on‑site delivery of remodels and select ground‑up projects
* Own site planning, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
* Maintain safety, quality, and schedule compliance
* Partner closely with project managers and clients
* Drive smooth close‑out and turnover

Profile

* Proven Lead Superintendent experience in retail construction
* Big‑box or grocery remodel background
* Walmart project exposure preferred
* Strong Procore and Microsoft Office skills
* Willingness to travel regionally and nationally

$105,000-$125,000 base salary plus benefits
