We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in the Southeast region, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel and a strong focus on project management and construction expertise.

Description

  • Oversee commercial upfit (banks, retail, restaurant, medical) or ground-up multifamily projects
  • Manage day-to-day job site operations across multiple states
  • Lead subcontractors, schedules, and quality control
  • Utilize Project Site (Trimble) and Microsoft Project for scheduling
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Experience in commercial upfits or ground-up multifamily construction
  • Willingness to travel across the Southeast (NC, SC, TN, GA, FL, WV)
  • Strong leadership and job site management skills
  • Ability to manage long-term projects (14-18 months)

Job Offer

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on project type)
