Traveling Superintendent

Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination and scheduling
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
- Lead site meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Maintain strong relationships with high-quality subcontractor partners
- Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with overall schedule and budget
- Proactively communicate with leadership
- Support and mentor junior team members on project execution and problem-solving

The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Minimum of 3 years with current employer, demonstrating stability and long-term commitment
- Experience delivering at least 5 ground-up restaurant projects from start to finish
- Ground-up convenience store and/or gas station experience is highly preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast region
- Strong ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on fast-paced ground-up projects
