My client is seeking an experienced Travel Multifamily Superintendent to oversee ground-up apartment and multifamily construction projects throughout North and South Carolina. Description

• Oversee daily construction site operations for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust timelines as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain construction standards.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders effectively and regularly.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
