Traveling Construction SuperintendentAs the Traveling Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will report directly to senior operations leadership and work closely with project managers and subcontractors.Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-outLead subcontractors and self-perform crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safetyCoordinate schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and manpower planningEnforce jobsite safety standards and company procedures at all timesMaintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and inspectorsEnsure projects are delivered on time and within scope church projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
