They specialize in ground-up and renovation work across education, healthcare, financial, and commercial sectors, and are recognized for their collaborative culture, strong safety record, and commitment to delivering high-quality projects for both public and private clients.Job DescriptionLead all field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics. Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards. Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners. Drive projects from sitework through turnover and closeout. Proven ability to manage projects independently. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience coordinating multiple trades and complex project schedules. Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western United States.
