Nationwide Traveling Superintendent

Job Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met across all phases of construction.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints while maintaining high-quality construction outcomes.
- Travel extensively to various project locations as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing on-site construction projects in the business services industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project oversight.
What's on Offer
- Annual salary range: $120,000 - $140,000
- Travel Per Diem - based on 7 day week
