**Job Description:**
As a Traveling Working Electrical Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing projects at various job sites. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled electricians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical installations and maintenance services. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and ensure project timelines are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage on-site electrical work, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of electricians in the execution of electrical projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and other foremen to efficiently utilize manpower and resources.
- Ensure all electrical systems and components are installed, maintained, and repaired to meet the required specifications and codes.
- Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
- Oversee the scheduling and logistics required for traveling to different job sites.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for various projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the course of the project.
- Ensure all documentation, including reports, timesheets, and safety records, is accurately completed and submitted timely.
**Qualifications:**
- Journeyman or Master Electrician's License is required.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor with a track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, schematics, and safety codes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various job sites.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
