Lead all field operations for a $70M ground-up industrial tilt wall project. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and site logistics. Coordinate project execution from mobilisation through closeout. Drive progress against schedule milestones and budget objectives. Partner with project management teams to resolve field issues and maintain client satisfaction.

A successful Travelling Superintendent - Industrial Tilt Wall should have: proven experience as the lead Superintendent on large industrial tilt wall projects; ability to provide a detailed project list highlighting scope, value, and responsibilities; experience delivering projects exceeding $50M in construction value; willingness to travel full-time for project assignments.
What's on offer: salary of $140,000 - $160,000; annual bonus target of 15% based on company and individual performance; $1,200 monthly vehicle allowance plus fuel card; 401(k) with company match up to 5%.
