A well-established surveying and engineering firm with 35 years in business is seeking a Travelling Survey Party Chief for opportunities based in Arizona with extensive out-of-town assignments nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-performing field survey crews on demanding construction staking projects while using conventional survey equipment, robotics, total stations, and levels for a company that values accuracy, production, professionalism, and long-term crew success.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Travelling Survey Party Chief position include:
Salary: $35 - $43 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including GSA per diem for out-of-town work within allowable non-taxable thresholds, company-paid lodging for out-of-town assignments, paid six common holidays annually, one week of sick pay front-loaded and prorated upon hire, one week of vacation after one year of employment, 50% employer-paid medical premium for employees, 401(k) eligibility vested after 30 days with company match up to 4%, and dental, vision, short-term disability, and long-term disability options available at employee expense. This role may also include conditional weekly crew incentives and an additional Party Chief incentive bonus tied directly to KPIs, production, performance, quality, professionalism, dependability, and overall crew success.
