Are you a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for an exciting opportunity to expand your horizons? We have the perfect travel contract for you! We are currently seeking a skilled LPN to join our team for an 8-13 week travel contract in Omaha, Nebraska.
As a travel LPN, you will have the chance to explore the vibrant city of Omaha while gaining valuable experience in a new healthcare setting. This contract offers a unique opportunity to provide quality care to patients in various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Document all patient interactions, treatments, and medications accurately and timely.
Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and self-care techniques.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.
BLS certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to new environments and work autonomously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
