Tray Checker- Full Time

Tray Checker – Moore Digital Print and Mail Center (Tulsa, OK) Our fast‑paced Handwork and Quality Control-production team is looking for a reliable Tray Checker to ensure every mail tray leaving our production floor meets USPS standards for accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Role Responsibilities

• Check the schedule and pull/read the job ticket for the required work
• Follow the provided schedule for current and future work building trays
• Carefully review job ticket and the physical insert sample for package style
• Verify completed trays and determine quality of the material, Prepare trays
• Learn concept of CANI (constant never ending improvement)
• Print pick tickets
• Inspects overall quality of tray,
• Locate and gather all personalized components with a pallet jack from mail shop staging area making sure to match components codes and versions
• Keep supplies organized and neat
• Check if tray tags have been printed for the job and versions, and check job number, version number, number of pieces per tray are correct
• Make trays starting with sequence #0001
• Inspects required number of pieces and scans for approval,
• Submit rekeys for missing personalized components as needed, and work with the lead/supervisor
• Cross train with QA and Traying
• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, required to stand for long periods of time, bending, reaching, using both hands
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment
• Process and return leftovers with paperwork as needed
• All other duties assigned

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly

• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment

• Ability to twist, tug or bend for long periods of time

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift 30- 50 lbs consistently 

• Basic reading, counting, and data‑entry skills

• Experience in direct mail, print, or fulfillment preferred
