TRC 2nd Shift Site Supervisor

We're Hiring a Site Supervisor for Second Shift in Cartersville, GA!

• Shift: Monday – Friday (Varies based on operational needs)
• Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (40+ hours per week) Requires flexibility to support high-volume periods and handle shift transition handoffs.

What You’ll Do

• Team Leadership: Provide direct oversight and floor leadership to ensure the team meets safety, quality, and daily production goals.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary evening liaison between TRC and client leadership, reporting on shift metrics and resolving operational challenges instantly.
• Workforce Management: Monitor employee attendance, conduct performance coaching, and ensure compliance with facility safety regulations.
• Onboarding & Training: Drive retention by managing on-the-floor new hire training and fostering a positive, productive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Leadership: 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in an industrial hub, advanced manufacturing, or high-volume assembly environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently during late-night hours and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and deliver clear shift handoff reports to upper management.
• Physical & Adaptability Needs: Ability to remain on your feet, walk a large client facility, and lift up to [Lifting Weight] lbs. as needed.
