Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 Base + Bonus + Profit Sharing
Location: Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities for the Treasurer:

• Lead asset liability management (ALM), liquidity planning, and balance sheet strategy.
• Serve as the organization's primary expert on funds transfer pricing (FTP), profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Chair ALCO activities and provide leadership on interest rate risk management and strategic planning initiatives.
• Develop recommendations that improve net interest margin, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee liquidity management, investment activities, budgeting, forecasting, stress testing, and financial modeling.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive data-backed decisions that support continued growth and shareholder value.

Qualifications for the Treasurer:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Treasurer or senior treasury leader within the banking industry.
• Strong expertise in balance sheet management, liquidity management, ALM, interest rate risk, and profitability analysis.
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or CTP designation preferred.
• Experience utilizing ALM platforms such as ProfitStars or similar treasury management systems is highly desirable.
