Treasury Administrator (Temp-to-Hire)

$35-$45/hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Treasury Administrator to support daily treasury and cash management operations. This position will be responsible for banking activities, deposit processing, carrier coordination, recordkeeping, and payment support. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily treasury operations, wire activity, and banking portals.
  • Coordinate deposit processing, vault activities, and armored carrier pickups.
  • Track deposits, change orders, and banking documentation.
  • Maintain treasury logs, records, schedules, and compliance files.
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate treasury supply requests.
  • Review invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as backup support for ACH, wire, and accounts payable payment processing.
  • Communicate with banks, vendors, drivers, and internal stakeholders regarding treasury operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years in treasury for a large organization
  • Must be willing to submit to drug, background, and credit check
