The Treasury Analyst is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional who plays a key role on the Treasury team. This position is responsible for managing customer escrow replenishment invoicing and generating payment reporting data from the claims system. The Treasury Analyst reconciles claims data against client-specific ledgers for more than 800 customers, ensuring that replenishment requests accurately align with payments issued through the claims system. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and assist in the management of over 800 customer bank accounts
  • Monitor, track, and reconcile daily financial transactions
  • Prepare claims reporting and customer invoicing by matching claims system data to banking and financial records
  • Reconcile claims activity to client-specific ledgers to ensure replenishment requests accurately reflect payments issued
  • Collaborate closely with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support treasury operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by researching, analyzing, and responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance with established financial controls and procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume accounting or treasury environment with daily deadlines
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and business partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience in treasury, accounting, banking, accounts receivable, financial operations, or a related field is preferred

 

PAY RANGE

CorVel uses a market-based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location.  Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors:  federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.  Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.  The level may impact the salary range, and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range:  $61,053 – $98,334
