Treasury Analyst in Cash Management

Position Summary:
Performs professional accounting services and functions in the area of cash management. Interfaces between all operating units and the Office of Accounting regarding cash management issues.
Position Key Accountabilities:

• Essential Functions
  
• Cash forecasts and reports on cash/investing.
• Monitors investment programs to maximize investment income balanced with institutional demands on cash.
• Coordinates and records EFT deposits and disbursements in the general ledger.
• Prepares and maintains appropriation reconciliation including general ledger entries and comptroller entries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Certification/Skills:

• None

Minimum Education:

Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required.

Minimum Experience:

4 years of experience in a banking or treasury-related field required.

Physical Requirements:

Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
