Job Summary:
Manages credit card services, lockboxes, the corporate card program, and other critical functions within the Treasury department to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage setup of merchant accounts and user access within Elavon Payment Navigator.
- Develop and enforce credit card processing policies and training materials.
- Lead PCI DSS compliance planning, remediation, testing, and reporting activities.
- Evaluate third-party and internal system compliance with PCI requirements.
- Oversee lockbox operations and payroll check processing.
- Reconcile and review p-card activity and provide guidance to cardholders.
- Support Associate Director with special Treasury projects.
Required Skills & Experience:- 2-4+ years of experience in Treasury or Finance roles.
- Experience in financial operations, policy development, and audit response.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS standards and card payment systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
