Job Summary:
Manages credit card services, lockboxes, the corporate card program, and other critical functions within the Treasury department to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient financial operations.
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage setup of merchant accounts and user access within Elavon Payment Navigator.
  • Develop and enforce credit card processing policies and training materials.
  • Lead PCI DSS compliance planning, remediation, testing, and reporting activities.
  • Evaluate third-party and internal system compliance with PCI requirements.
  • Oversee lockbox operations and payroll check processing.
  • Reconcile and review p-card activity and provide guidance to cardholders.
  • Support Associate Director with special Treasury projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Two (2) - four (4) years of experience in Treasury or Finance roles.
  • Experience in financial operations, policy development, and audit response.
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS standards and card payment systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Education
