About The Role:
This role sits within our Finance department which provides support services to the wider OCS Group and our front-line colleagues.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Updating cashflow forecasts on a weekly basis, critically analysing any changes
Posting Treasury accounting transactions in our accounting system
Preparing and checking files on a weekly basis relating to the factoring program
Preparing and distributing monthly reconciliations of factoring flows
Executing bank transfers to move money
Administrating online banking and Treasury systems
Organising and filling banking documentation
Arranging signatures for documentation from Senior Management/Directors
Management of the Treasury inbox, investigating queries, filing emails, chasing parties
Daily reporting of invoicing figures & cash collections figures
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
A minimum of 6 GCSE's or equivalent - and qualifications required specifically in Maths and English
Be IT literate - knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Experience working in an office or finance environment
Detail oriented, a strong attention to detail is a must in this role
A highly-organised individual - You will possess exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
A keen interest in Treasury/Finance/money and eagerness to learn
Confidence to approach Senior Managers/Executives for documentation signing & to answer queries
